This policy covers the JoyStella website (joystella.com) and the Learn2Bike mobile app. The short version: we don’t want your personal data, and we don’t collect it.
None that identifies you. Learn2Bike has no accounts, no sign-up, and no email requirement. You can complete the entire course without telling us who you are.
Everything the app remembers stays on your device:
This data is never uploaded to our servers — we don’t operate any. Deleting the app erases it permanently.
Learn2Bike does not include third-party advertising SDKs or analytics SDKs. The app works fully offline.
If you allow notifications, Learn2Bike schedules local reminders on your device at the time you choose. These are generated on-device and do not pass through any server. You can turn them off at any time in your device settings or in the app.
Payments are processed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We never see or store your payment details, and we cannot process refunds ourselves — those go through the store you purchased from. Your purchase status is stored encrypted on your device so the app can restore access.
Learn2Bike is designed for teenagers and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will address it.
joystella.com is a static site. We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to count page views in aggregate; no cookies are set and no individual visitor is tracked.
Because we hold no personal data, there is nothing to export or delete on our side. To remove all app data, delete the app. To remove purchase records, contact the relevant app store.
If this policy ever changes, we’ll update the date at the top and, for material changes, note it in the app.
